Cancellation Policy

I value your patronage and ask that you respect my business scheduling and cancellation policy

I understand that life can sometimes interfere with your scheduled appointments. However, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of my services.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, I reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the service. I hope you understand that this policy is in place to compensate me for my time and to ensure the sustainability of my business.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by phone or email at your earliest convenience. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or sudden illness. If you find yourself unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.

In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. I strive to provide each client with the full duration of their scheduled service, and I appreciate your punctuality in helping me maintain my schedule.
